Palms at Wailea 1802 is a privately owned condominium available for direct booking through this website, as well as through select vacation rental platforms. If you book direct, you will not be paying traveler service fees, payment processing fee, base commission fee, guest service fee, etc. All of these add up. A minimum stay of 5 nights is required. Before booking, please check our calendar to confirm that your preferred dates are available. Our standard nightly rate is $365 USD, for most of the year. Special summer rates may be available, so please use the Contact page to inquire about seasonal discounts. A $245 cleaning fee is added to the booking total, and then a 18.712% tax (Maui GET & TAT) is added. This is the same whether you rent direct, or through a rental platform. Discounts are available for stays of 2 weeks or longer.
