You'll also find it on a bunch of travel aggregator sites. All of them, and the linked sites above, charge their own fees (*traveler service fee, payment processing fee, base commission fee, guest service fee, etc.) on top of what I charge, so you will see different rates.
All of them will add a cleaning fee and local taxes (same as me).
What we do NOT have is any hidden fees. Unlike hotels in the area, there is no resort fee, no charge for parking, and no charge for wifi.
The current nightly rate through this site is $365 USD. There is a 5 night minimum stay. Discounts are available for stays of 2 weeks or longer.
For direct bookings through this website, check the calendar, and then use the contact us page to request a quote. Once we've agreed upon pricing (preview yours), I will create an invoice and send you a PayPal® link for payment. It allows you to pay using a debit/credit card, or your own PayPal account. PayPal handles payment processing through their secure servers, and I never see your information. I do not pass along the PayPal fees for this processing (currently 3.5%, and an additional 1.5% for international transactions). Your reservation dates will NOT be locked in until the invoice is paid.
